2003 Expedition power window regulator problems

My 2003 Expedition had a problem with the window regulator on the drivers door only a few months after I bought it new. The window didnt fall off the track, it just stayed partially down. That one was replaced under the warranty. Now I find the front passenger door window regulator failed too and I am out of warranty. I called the dealer to complain because this must be an obvious defect. I did find an ALLDATA TSB for excessive drag on the front windows near the side view mirror area but find that didn't fit the symptoms. Did anyone find before the the window regulator broke that the window would hesistate slightly on its way down from a fully closed position? The hesistation occurred on the first 2 inches of travel. This would happen for a couple of months before it breaks. It did it on the drivers door and I noticed it on the passenger door before that window failed too. Now here is the kicker. When I had the first window done the cost to the factory was $135 total parts and labor. The wholesale cost of the window regulator on the bill was $42. When I called the dealer for the part cost alone it was $186 so figure $100 labor and your looking at nearly $300. I was curious to see why the unit broke and did figure out this much. It turns out the cable guide and pulley is made out of plastic. The cable is under a lot of spring tension which causes the plastic top cable guide to deform enough over time that it makes the cable case pull though make the cable wire slide off the pulley that pulls the window up. What really bothers me is the service guy said they had some problems with this and they would do it for a $50 deductible (one time only) since I bought the truck there. Who knows how long the new one will last? I looked at the replaced drivers side door guide through the window gasget and I see the same kind of plastoic guide. Anyone know of any other TSB's that might cover this?
