Question regarding the DVD

Can I listen to the cd or radio when the DVD player is on? I have the headphones and I cant get the sound from the DVD to play thru the headphones. I will definately get tired of listening to the Incredibles and Shrek 2 over and over again on long trips. Any help in this matter will be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Insert a dvd.

Push the button next to the headphone jack in the back of your console until you see "dual play" on the head unit. Then press the mode button until the head unit displays "RSC - DVD/CD" or something like that.

You will now be able to listen to your music on the speakers and the DVD will play through the headphones.

These instructions are also in your owners manual.

Like he said. Read the owners manual.

We had the same problem for the first 2.5 months. We listened to Nemo, Shrek, Dora.....

We finally read the book closely and have been smiling ever since!
