Question I want a Navigator!

I am thinking of buying a 1999 navi with 25,000 miles for $17000. Is a navi that old still a good vehicle? I really like the navis bought I don't have a ton of money to blow. Thank you!

Yes, they are great trucks and will last a long time. You have found a good deal, but you can find better deals on trucks with higher mileage. I bought a 99 Expedition E.B. with 91,000 miles for $12,900. These engines are made to last a long time, so do not be afraid of the higher mileage. Locally, I found two Navigators - 99's -for $11,900. I also found a 2000 Excursion Limited V-10 for $12,900. I wish that I could have found that deal when I was looking for the Expedition.

Sure. Older Navis can be great bargains. Mine has 108,000 miles and still looking and running good. I haven't checked prices so I'm not sure how good that price is.

25K miles is great! Personally I start thinking about trading in once I get over 120K or so. Buying a truck with 90K won't give you very many years. By the time you have it paid for, you will be looking for a newer truck.

I thought about trading in the 2002 SuperCrew in on a 2001 or 2001 Navigator, and giving the wife my 2003 Expedition Eddie Bauer.

If I could JUST find a black one, with low miles..
