New Expy Owners

Beware Ford is instructing the two plants that manufacture the 4.6 and 5.4 to shutdown. Batch of motors with bad heads. Already seeing multiple visits to the dealer up to and including a new motor.

That bites. I wonder how long it will take to get the problem worked out. Has anyone here had an engine failure?

I just searched through the 04-05 forum. This rumor came up a while back. Screwbuilder said it was BS (he works for Ford building F-150's). Also, Blue Oval News is not associated in any way with Ford. Had me worried for a while. I really want to buy a new Expy.

I've got nothing against the Titan, but I've read that there have been a ton of problems with them. However there usually are with a completely new vehicle.
