Lowering Kits 04 EB

I have an 04 2wd EB. Does anyone know of any companies that sell like a 2" lowering kit? I know that it is a fairly new vehicle, but they have had since 2003 to work on a lowering kit.

I am hoping that it will work with 20's.

THANKS!

Check places like Hotchkis, Rousch for starters. Good luck.

Thanks! I didn't think about trying that, even though I have the Roush suspension on my L. I'll post later if I find a lowering kit.

Eibach makes a 2 inch lowering kit for your Expy. It consists of 4 replacement springs for your coilover shocks.

THANKS!!!!!!

Thanks for the info!!! I called Roush this morning, but the salesperson never called me back. I really like their suspensions, but I think Eibach is decent enough for the Expedition.

Trent

If anyone else knows of any other kits, I am still looking until January.

I guess its pointless for lowering a 4x4, so I heard that to raise up one, they have locking bolts where you loosen and wrench it out and it'll increase the height.

Is this true? This one guys 4x4 look fukin way higher than mine. I saw another guys and he said he had a 3in lift with the air bag in fron tand rear. I didn't think front and rear had air bags. Only the rear for towing and for the copmputer.

So what's up with this....haha

I like to tower over cars. Being 6'3" 275lbs, this is the first vehicle that actually fit me comfortably....

wandell,
Just purchased the wife an 05.
for the 2/2 drop, are any alignment parts needed for camber adjustment?
Are the factory struts happy with their new ride height?

I'm not sure about any alignment issues. A couple of guys at FTW have used the Eibach springs and they never said anything about having any problems at all. I believe Beltech also makes a set of lowering spring now also.

I never did purchase the Eibach kit and after calling a few times, never heard back from Roush. Now that I have 22" wheels I need to lower the expedition to eliminate some of the fender gap. Has anybody used either the Beltech or Eibach kits? How is the ride? My wife wants to make sure that her suspension won't feel like my lightning's(mine is made for handling, not for a soft ride).
