Anyone ever replaced their Expy/Navi's carpet? My heater core went TU and leaked down the floorpan under the carpet back to the front seats. Not sure if the pad/insulation is soaked, but if so I'll be replacing the carpet. Wondering how difficult to remove/replace and how much?

 

its pretty labor intensive, because you have to take out all the seats, the console, all floor trim and plates and everything to get the carpet out of there.
I'll be replacing my F-150's carpet this weekend with nifty carpet, from www.niftyproducts.com.
