Rear Bumper part number?

Rear Bumper part number?
I banged up the middle plastic poriton just below the license plate on my rear bumper yesterday. Does anyone know the part number for just that piece? What exactly is this called? Thanks! 1997 Expedtion

It's called a lower step pad. About $20 from the dealer.
