What all is involved in installing a 3rd seat in a 97 expie that didn't come w/one?

There is tons of work involved - there are anchors that need to be welded into the floor and seat belts retrofitted to the rear pillars. When it is all said and done it probably won't still be as safe or clean as you'd like it to be.
