light stays on and the freakin lights inside stay on with it, not to much problem during the day, but at night when trying to reverse it gets annoying, especially when i know the doors are shut, is there an easy way to just stop that? like rip a fuse out? the door ajar/dome lights go on when you open the door switch? to turn the dang thing off?

You need to soak the door switch with WD-40 and open and close the door several times. Should take care of your problem.
