How do you know when these need replaced? I have ride quality issues with mine on my 99 Expy and was just wondering. Everyone around here claims they should last 100K....??
IS there a way to check them?

My front end of the expedition bounces with very little dampening from the shocks. So with 80k or more since its brought used,I think its time.:santa:
