Squeaking front suspension

I get a lot of what sounds like suspension-related squeaking/squealing, particularly at low speeds during turns. I've been told this is pretty common on Ford trucks/suv's. Anyone know exactly what may be causing it and what the fix is?

Thanks

My expy does the same thing.I am thinking its ball joints.
My t-bird did the same thing and new ball joints fixed it.
Too bad they don't use greaseable ball joints from the factory.

most likely if the squeek is only when turning a corner the squeek is from the pitman arm. before replacing mine i used a large needle and syringe to inject lube in the boot, but that only worked for a while.

hope this helps, conner
