Yes, the mechanic was aware of the TSB, but said that it was being implemented slowly or regionally to ensure it was a true fix. I believe it had to do with installing a cycling switch.

But when he mentioned that it would be somewhat involved and require drilling and such, I chose to try the workaround. If running the rear air on long trips "fixes" the problem, then I'm cool with that
