Mine are. They're 265/70/17 Wrangler RT/S. The front ones feather on the outside edges, and develop flat spots in the tread too. I suppose I may need shocks too, but someone just told me his F-150 had the same tires and they did the same. I just wondered if anyone else observed uneven wear with these tires........

Same problem MOVEOVER. There's a thread in the Wheel and Tire forum that discussed the same thing. I have a comment there. Mine were cupping/feathering, but not bouncing or vibrating until I rotated them. A good balance solved the bouncing and vibrating problem. I won't know for awhile if it evened out the tires. I doubt it will.
