driver information system question

Correct me if I'm wrong, but doesn't the late model Expedition center console have some sort of information system that tells one how many miles are left on the current tank?

Seeing as how the Expedition is basically a F150, could one not order that part and have it installed in the F150?

Thanks,
David

Tog, I just got a 99 today, but if yours is like mine, you have to push the "mode" and "reset" buttons at once and hold them for a few seconds. The MPG average you're seeing is probably for thousands of miles. It would take a lot of hwy miles to change that average, so you really need to reset it.
