A bit paranoid are we?? Recalls are mainly issued on safety related items, a rust seat frame is not that. The "secrets" you refer to are known as Technical Service Bulletins and Special Service Messages. If a customer complains of these items then they will be addressed at that time....Its amazing what the public thinks the dealers "should" know...If you really want to talk about paranoia, you should see the look on my technicians face when a field engineer has a "secret recall" that only engineers know about..... The dealers are here for the customer, well the ones I have worked for anyways.
