Question about third-row folding seats

Most of the 2003 models I'm finding don't have the powered 3rd row folding seats. It will be more my wife's car, and I'd like to get this option if possible.

Are there any differences with the seats other than the powered ones fold down at the touch of a button and the 'standard' ones require that you pull a latch on each side and push the seat down.

I assume both fold equally flat?

Anything else I should know?

The 3 rd row seats are only avalible on the Eddie Bauer model, I have driven both & it is not a big issue, both fold just as flat.

Get the 5.4, the 4.6 is a little low on power, milege sucks for both.

Great truck, power mirrors freak out, Ford says fix on the way

I have seen a XLT with the power 3rd seat. I have the EB with the power seat though. The only benefit to the power seat would be raising it back up, you don't have to climb in and pull on anything. Other than that I would say it won't make much difference.
