Installing compass in 1999 Exp?
Can you buy the part for the compass and trip computer
in a 1999 Expedition XLT. It has a panel in the overhead console.
Are the wires already there?
Any issues I have not thought of?

Good question. I have a 2000 and 1999 was the last year that the overhead displayed realtime MPG. I'd like to have that and have wondered if I could replace the 2000 display with a 1999 and get it all!!
