97 Expy Air Bag Light On

97 Expy Air Bag Light On
Does anyone know what could cause the air bag light to come on?
One evening I changed out a burned out tail light, and the next thing I know is that the air bag light is on! I tried a OBDII scanner and it pulls no codes, all the relays and circuit breakers appear good, tried disconnecting the battery for 20 mins nothing seems to work. It is a 97 XLT 2 wheel drive with 98K miles. everything else works great, never had any problems with it until now.
Any Ideas??????
