Got out of my '03 Expedition and the bottom corner of the door hit my leg when I closed the door. Left a nasty scratch/cut about 4" long on my calf and a hole in a good pair of slacks. The bottom corner of the plastic door piece is very sharp. Took a file to it yesterday and rounded off the corner.
