remove dash panel
Hey there..
That is a good one. Turn you rhead light on and pop it out as if turning the fog lights on. Use a small screw driver to pry out the interruptor **** ( there is a small gap that will appear at the bottom of the ****.
Now that you have the **** in your hand, put it back, UPSIDE-DOWN. yeah, that is right. Put it back with the little white mark to the opposite side from where it was when youn took it out.
now, with the know that way, turn off the lights.. voila! the whole switch encasement comes out, as magic.
Take it out and remove the screw in there.
You will also need to remove the little plastic cover on the top of the steering column. Just pop it out, prying the bottom first.
Loose 4 screws there, and from that point you will figure it out..
Hope it helps!

oh, this is a little tricky too: Loose the 3 screws that are hidden hlding the top plastic cover, above from the instruments. You need to loose that.
Also, a good call is to loose the negative cable of the battery before starting all this. Remember, air bag sensor can hurt, bad!
Good luck. Let me know if you have problems.

If you're going to just install the bezel, after you follow all those directions, you'll be able to reach the 5 or 6 small bolts that hold the clear plastic cover on the gusge cluster. You can remove that and install the bezel while the cluster is still in the dash. When I installed my flamed guages, I had to take the whole cluster out! Real PITA....Good luck, and post a pick when it's done. I'm thinking about getting a stainless bezel, and I was wondering what it looks like.
