I just purchased a 2003 Expy. Does anyone know how, if and where I can install a filter for the A/C? My 2001 F150 had one as does my 02 Focus. The Expy I assume has a place for one, but I don't know where?

Anyone know?

 

Ford used to market a cabin air filter kit which could be added to F150's (I'm sure it would fit an Expy). The OEM part number for this kit is F65Z-18D477-AA. I have tried without luck to find one of these kits...some dealers have them listed on their sites but when I ordered from them I was informed the kit was no longer available.

I'm certain that all of these kits just didn't disappear and are someplace (aftermarket parts dealer perhaps?)...if you find one, please let me know because I would like to get one too.

Thanks for your reply. I had one of the kits for my 01 F150. I need one for the 03 Expy though, and the entire AC system and dash are different than the F150's and 02 Expy's.

I guess I will have to call the dealer, but they usualy don't know much.
