I am lookin for a console for my 99 F-150. I am going to get a expedition console but i understand that they were changed one year and mad bigger.
My question is what year did they become bigger and will it still fit between my factory bucket seats?

I,m still hitting the yards for a consle...I,m going to east Texas this weekend and i,ll check there....in the big city they don't last long

 

I had a 97 and 99. It wasn't until my current 2000 that the bigger console came along and those stupid armrests dissappeared.

The console on the 2000 is so wide you don't need the armrests.

 

1999 was the last year for the narrow console.
