Any exhaust shop can customize anything for you. If you want side exit in front of the rear tires, the only one I know of is Gibson Supertruck. It is essentially a single in, dual output muffler with rectangle tips. See here.
Personally, I like Magnaflow exhaust products. They only have one cat-back bolt on system which is a single 3" polished stainless steel, 4" tip on the right side behind the wheel. Magnaflow seems to be the best performance increase in both the low and high engine speeds. If you wanted a dual system, then something like a SIDO muffler and custom pipes and some tips is probably what you want. It's probably best to look around at what others hare using an what their feedback is.
I lot of people like Flowmaster, but I don't think any of them have said they got more power, just the sound they wanted.

Welcome aboard
Hang around here alot and youll get LOTS of info about your truck. I would reccomend Magnaflow SIngle Inlet, Dual Outlet Catback.(SIDO). If you want to put the tips right behind the tires like the stock location, i would reccomend putting some type of deflector like mudflaps up so that road debris and rocks wont be slung up and damage the finish on your tips. If i were you, i would have dual tailpipes run out under the bumper with chrome tips, that way youve got all your sound out the back and you stand less chance of something damaging them. Theres lots of mufflers out there:

A muffler shop should be able to hook you up with some pipes! Good luck.
