will the 4.6 mustang shorty headers work on a 2001 5.4 liter f150?

 

I don't think the 4.6l mustang headers will fit on 2001 5.4l. I have headers on my truck and I have seen the headers for a 4.6l at my local dealership and they are shaped a little different. JBA has pictures of what the headers look like, you could always compare the two on their site if wanted to. The mustang headers just didn't look like they could connect up to the EGR tube on a 5.4l F-150. I would just recommend comparing pictures of the two.
