I wasn't going to add a tip to my 3" exhaust installation coming up this Friday (if everything follows schedule) because I think a lot of tips look really retarded and don't do sh_t for performance. Well... you know, those idiots that put a 6 inch tip on it with a 2 inch pipe going into the tip.... whatever.

Anyhow, while picking up some 3" aluminized pipe I had cut to length at www.mopacauto.com I saw these nice straight stainless steel tips on the shelf.

I bought a 3" slip on (has to be welded I guess) tip that expands to 3 1/2 inches with a slant cut end that's about 20 inches long. Part #1556 for like $65CDN including 14% taxes!!

On the vibrant website click on Trucks/SUV's and go to page 3 of their pdf format catalog and you'll see all the stainless tips they have.
