Benchmark for exhausts
Well, folks, I've have several exhausts on my machine, in the never ending quest for low end AND high end.
I've found it. It didn't cost too much either, and it's the best sounding exhaust I've ever heard on a truck.
Dyno shop says 10 to 21 HP at ALL rpms vs stock. 18 Torque.
AND I CAN ACTUALLY FEEL IT! She doesn't unlock the TC on hills as much and for that matter, downshift. So what is it?
Spintech 5441, 3" in center, 3" out center.
Flowmaster "Y"
3" cat back, side exit in front of rear tire.
Spintech = $95 ... Flowmaster "Y" = $40 ... Labor + pipe = $80
An exhaust actually designed for a truck - PRICELESS!!!!
