Anyone know of a muffler shop in the greater Atlanta area that has real mandrel pipe bending equipment? I've got a special project, and want smooth, mandrel bends, not the usual run-of-the-mill pipe bending results.

 

Grand Muffler in Marietta/Smyrna is the only place in the state with a real mandrel bender. I've used them a couple times for pipes, and they installed a set of headers on my '91 Z28 when no one in 3 counties would touch it. I definitely recommend them.

 

Great, I know them and have used them in the past. Guess they've added the mandrel pipe bender since the last time I used them a couple of years ago.

 

They've had the bender for 4 years that I know of.

 

My bad, it's probably been more than two years since I used them. They definitely didn't have one last time I had work done there.
