magna flow makes a few lengths of mufflers. the shorter the louder. I got the medium length (27") and you can't hear it at all cruising on the highway in overdrive. when you jump on it the power and sound is noticible. I have it installed with a cat-back system. It has a nice deep throatty sound to it.
