Question Headers

I have a 2001 5.4 supercrew. I was wondering what the best type of headers to get would be and what they would do for my truck. By the way, it's lifted 6" and has 35x15.50 superswampers.

I haven't got any headers on mine but from what I know get some shorty headers and keep your cats but make sure the headers have equal-length tubes. Those unequal cheaper ones aren't worth it because you want sequential pulses into your cats. Unequal length header tubes create much less scavenging.

I used to race VW Beetles with 4into1 headers.
