rough idle with gibson swept side

I just installed a gibson swpt side on my truck. I love everything except when I'm at a red light or a stop sign, it idles extremely rough. Once I start moving, it smoothes out. I already tried resetting the battery and I checked to make sure everything was tight...Has anyone else had this problem or does anyone know what I can do? Thanks

More details please....

I was getting ready to install the single side pipe as well. I talked to Gibson and they said the single pipe gives the most HP and torque improvement. I do not want it to be any louder, i like to listen to my CDs, i am sticktly interested in better performance. Anyway, on the rough idle, the one thing i can add here is on my Suburban, when i changed out the gasket on the throtle body, the manual specificaly said to disconnect the battery for at least 5 minutes to reset the computer. They also said to expect it to run rough for the first 20 minutes or so. I assume any new EFI system with memory would be the same. BTW, i just installed the Gibson headers and i love em 100%. They were a real pain ti install, see my post on this.

vibration

well...the rough idle was just vibration. The exhaust was vibrating violently so I put some more hangers on it and it smoothed it out some. It still vibrates a little when I'm idling. You can barely notice a difference in the noise inside the cab. THis is not a loud exhaust and the performance gains are nice.
