ROUGH Idle with Gibson Swept Side

I just installed a gibson swpt side on my truck. I love everything except when I'm at a red light or a stop sign, it idles extremely rough. Once I start moving, it smoothes out. I already tried resetting the battery and I checked to make sure everything was tight...Has anyone else had this problem or does anyone know what I can do? Thanks

I had a Gibson SS on my 2001 Screw until yesterday....I never had any problems like you describe...in fact, it ran and idled better that with the stock exhaust.....did you check to insure that you did not bang a sensor or something???

I changed to a Flowmaster 2 chamber because I wanted a louder rumble....the Gibson was just too quiet for me...a great exhaust though

That sounds unusually strange. I'm with davidzog. Also, could the rough idle be coming from the exhaust making contact with a heat shield or something like that. Check to see that the exhaust is not rubbing any heat shield or undercarriage of the truck. That may be another cause.
