Question Louder & Deeper than straights?

I'm running a Flowmaster "Y Pipe" to single 3" straight pipe turned down before the axle. No drone, no popping / cackling, and not loud or deep enough. What can I do to help get what I;m after? Flowmaster single chamber? Huge tip? What?

no poping or crackling! I thought all aftermarket exhaust (especially Flowmaster) did that when you let of the gas, or downshift.

I went from a completely stock exhaust to a flowmaster 40 delta flow SI/SO with a 2.25 inch pipe bent once and dumped just before the rear wheels.

When I rev it up and let off the gas my 4.6L sounds like it's backfiring and is incredibly loud overall...
