Thumbs up Flomaster Y-pipe

Finally got in to have the Y-pipe installed today, after much debate on whether to go true duels or stick with 3” single with Flomaster Y-pipe installed. I choose to go with the
Y-pipe since I already had the darn thing delivered and in hand. At first I thought what the heck there is no difference at all, sound or performance. Drove around a little in town and ran some errands. Then I got back in to head for home, started it up and hey this is louder. Headed down the expressway hey I got more power, jumped on the ramp for the highway hey this thing screams!!! Glad I stayed with the 3” and the Y-pipe is a nice addition.

Question What exhaust system?

What 3" exhaust are you using, custom bent or store bought?

A purchased Cat-back called Rapid Flow, basically a Gibson nock off if you will. It's not too bad and cost me about $230.00 a couple years back. Almost $100.00 less than the Gibson ran.

Smile Thanks

Thanks for the info Bigred, I'll look into that. I like the Gibson, just a bit out of the budget, was leaning towards Flowmaster.
