Question converters

Can you run on road with with no mufflers and no pipes out of the converters?

I believe legally you have to have a muffler. A 6" reversed glasspack would likely suffice. You might talk to Texas4x4. I believe he has straight pipes no mufflers out the back. I have no cats on mine...just an xpipe into two 18" glasspacks, followed by two spintech race mufflers. It sounds awesome, but I wouldn't do that in a major city where inspections might be a problem.
