0171 1st time using a scanner

I bought a 1999 f150 had an egr code, i fixed by clearing the passage ways in throttle body adapter, now i have a lean code, i havent found any vacuum leaks, but my STFTs read 25, and 32% on freeze frame (bank 1 and 2), but on live data they are both fluctuating above and below 0 what is going on there ? I have cleaned the MAS I have 30 psi at the rail, it holds when the engine is turned off

Which engine? Did you check the PCV elbow behind the intake?

The 4.6 I replaced the hose above the pvc elbow tried using propane back there but I think the flow wasn't enough may try carb cleaner, I have not completely removed the pvc line to look at it.

No, don't use carb cleaner. You do need to get back there and remove the elbow to properly check it. The elbow itself - attached to the intake port - rots, gets soft, and cracks and leaks.
