Exhaust manifold

What’s up guys,

this is my first post and I’m new here so If I do anything wrong or dumb please let me know lol

i have an 06 f150 5.4 4x4 ... it has about 130k miles ... Truck started knocking. Infamous exhaust manifold. I dealt with it for awhile but it got really bad. I got it fixed. They thought passenger side was cracked , ended up both were cracked. They fixed them both and it sounded great. But then the gaskets started leaking maybe a year or so later. Knocking again. Fixed. Now it’s knocking again. I just hate the sound. Other than that, the truck is clean and I love it. It’s mainly a work truck to pull mowers and light dump trailer loads etc. but I just can’t stand the sound. But I don’t wanna keep getting it fixed if the exhaust manifold and/or gasket just keeps going to **** and knocking again. A lot of ppl seem to have this issue. Anybody have any solutions? Maybe this is a stupid question. If so, I guess I could just sell the truck. But I like it a lot other than that. Rides good , smooth , strong for a half ton , is comfortable. I’d like to keep it and just eliminate the knock for good or at least longer than a year to two years. Again, if this post is dumb , just let me know. Don’t be a dbag about it tho lol constructive criticism and any assistance welcome.

Thanks in advance
