Unhappy Fuel pouring out of my engine!!

So we turned on our truck the other day and drove down the driveway stopped at the bottom and fuel started to leak out. I drove down the road and left a trail. Pulled into a friends place and it had stopped. We pushed the truck out of the drive way as I was concerned about starting it, then it poured fuel all over the road, it eventually stopped but I have not attempted to start it again.

It has not leaked fuel except a couple drips here and there, I have also not tried starting it. Im unsure whether or not I'll end up blowing myself and the truck up.

I am unsure where the leak is coming from and I can't see anything when I look from under the truck. While I had it started the last time, the engine did not die, but when it would idle it would drip more. After turning it off, it seemed to drip a fair amount for a few minutes. I'd think it would be due to the fuel in the line running out. The driveway I parked on was on a steep slope, but when I showed the home owner what was happening, I let the truck roll down the drive until level. When it reached level the fuel came pouring out, not dripping, and made a terrible mess of the road.

Now that it is dry (a week later) I found some time to poke around the engine. It is level now, and when I turn the key to ACC to pressurize the lines it only drips occasionally. I can see one of the injectors (I think since its connected to the rails) that is wet. Could this be the sole cause of the leak? But aside from the fuel injector rails, I cannot see any lines or hoses or the filter.

It's a 1998 F-250 5.4L gas engine.

Any suggestions or help would be great. Thanks

There is an o-ring at the injector that seals the line. The fuel rail can be easily pulled out. Be careful and make sure you have a fire extinguisher handy, preferably a CO2.
