I came in to a aftermarket intake tube for my 05 F150. It connects like the stock unit without the silencers and is about 8 inches short of the stock unit. Attached are pictures. I plan on running it to behind the headlight to suck in more air. Last picture shows the only markings on it.

 

The silencer has been removed because someone has performed what is commonly called the "Gotts Mod" on the intake end. PVC pipe and rubber coupling were added on that end in an attempt to allow more air flow.
