I've gone true duals with a Magnaflow 14486. It is stainless and has an integral X pipe. I cut the Y out after the cats and ran 2.5" pipes back to the muffler. Then hooked up to the stock Harley dual tail pipes. Great sound and performance.

i dont know much about exhaust systems, i am just asking does it matter if i get either a 2 inch, 2.25, 2.5 or 3 inch. it would seem to me that one of them would be to big or to small to fit.

I dont think it really matters.......but I think 2 inch pipes are a little deeper toned than a 3 inch pipe is..

Thumbs up jonbox-

Exhaust pipes are commonly sized by proven engineering principles that have been expressed in charts forever.
