K&N Intake fell off engine

So my truck was idling ****ed up this morning (then died and said low oil pressure) and when I popped the hood I found this:

Just happened this morning probably only drove on the highway for 15 miles to work. Think any damage could have happened? I attached it again and wrenched down hard and it seems to be running ok now.

Should be fine. It was idling rough because the MAF sensor wasn't registering any or very minimum airflow, so the computer was trying to adjust the air/fuel ratio without any air data to go off of. Surprised you didn't pop an engine light. Just tighten it down and you should be good to go.

It's because it's plastic. Need to get a steal one. The plastic molds have a tendency to loose their ridgitity.

Just for S&G take a look at your motor mounts and transmission cross member mount. If they are bad the motor can "flex" when you accelerate, and it doesn't look like there is much room for movement on that system.

Just a thought.
