P0174 is the same as P0171 but for bank 2. P2197 is the same as P2195 but for bank 2. P1000 means that not all monitored sensors have achieved readiness since the last code clear.

You are probably getting too much air (such as a major vacuum leak) or not enough fuel (weak fuel pump, clogged injectors, plugged fuel filter, faulty FPDM), and you have an issue with your evaporative emissions system.
