,03 4.6 both banks lean..

Truck has 192K owned since new. Just tuned up..new plugs...new COPs..new fuel Filter ...super chips custom programed since new..running just normal for 2 weeks. Then like a switch starts high idling then surging with it dying. Flashed program back to stock to get codes. Two show after day and says both banks lean. Any ideas? Changed out ICV before codes..didn't fix.

Major vacuum leak - most frequently the PCV elbow behind the intake.

So before I screw up something...I just need to reach back there with a razor knife and cut boot off the connector coming out of the plenum. It's gonna rain all week and I need the truck so I'm being careful not to **** **.
