Wow, thank you Dewser!!! I've just got started, I want to phase out some chrome (especially the mirror caps) and some orange before I start to feel like it's done.

I actually just saw it on FB also, so big thank you to whoever did that, what an honor!!!

I'll take a min from burning up my gas to tell y'all how much I love it. The tone and volume are exactly what I wanted. It's deep all the way through the throttle, powerful sounding yet refined. I can not get any kind of drone at any rpm. To be fair, my magna flow never droned on me, but it reached a volume and pitch in the cab around 1800 rpms that was almost too much. With my previous exhaust, I could carry on conversation with a front seat passenger, but talking with my 6 year old in the back on the way to school was near impossible. With the new setup, hearing each other should be no trouble at all.

Now for a concern...for the install, I purchased the Maggie Y pipe and a 90 degree mandrel bent pipe. After my truck was in the air, he brought me out to show me how that was "not necessary" in his opinion and how there is a crossmember right in the way of where it all would go. We talked through a couple workarounds, but the each involved bending more pipe to get where they needed to be. I know I read where someone else ran into this and their guy came up with a solution but I cannot recall who it was or what the thread was, so I'll have to see what I can figure out. I want them on there, but at this point, it would come at the expense of a heat shield and the hanger by the transmission. I may seek out a shop than can mandrel bend in house and see if they could make something custom that will work.
I have a couple phone videos and I plan to take some proper videos with my DSLR and mic as soon as I can. I have some errands to run so I will have to work on videos this evening.

I can't wait to hear it, bud! Get vidyas up ASAP!

What size pipe did you end up going with? I assume the shop went with crush bent pipes?

Congrats, ol' buddy! Can't wait to hear it!

They're coming, sorry! Busy day today. Just got back from Home Depot (ordered flooring) and dinner with friends. For now, here's a shot of tip angles. We have to make an adjustment to the right tip, it's too far out (1/2in)

Also, my trifold tonneau arrived today (I was expecting next week) so here's a pic of that

Hopefully that will work for a bit. Have to get the micros to bed and gas up the lady's car before I get the videos up.

Well, here we go. First vid is idle and in the second, there are a few revs (didn't want to **** off the new neighbors so I kept it light and half in the garage) these were shot with iPhone which picks up too much IMO (you can hear the pulleys) I will get with my buddy as soon as I can, and we will shoot some with better quality.

To answer Dewser's question...the mid pipe is 3in and the tails are 2.5. Everything north of the mid pipe is still stock. The bends aren't crushed, they're crinkled (so barely better and certainly not mandrel) I'm going to work on finding a good shop that will do mandrel bends and see if we can't upgrade the tails and get that Maggie Y pipe in there.
