????? tid$41 cid$11 delta pressure for upstream hose test and threshold??????

I have a 99 f150 and I just purchased an OBD2 blue tooth adapter. I have been having an issue with the tuck stumbling when I step on the throttle for the 1st second or so. Other wise it runs perfect. I just changed all COP and plugs. I did have this issue befor I changed the plugs and coils no codes.
I have used this web site to try to trouble shoot this problem

http://www.fordscorpio.co.uk/egrmonitor.htm

From what I can see the DPFE sensor has failed in some matter. The hose is only 12" long and is fairly new. Not sure why buddies 7k snap-on meter didnt see this, or he just didnt look.

I really need some other input here!!!!
