Hey guys, Im looking for a new muffler for my 5.0, I dont want crazy loud and drone, just something a little louder then stock, also I dont want to butcher the exhaust system so any muffler roughly the same size would be great...

Any idea's?

 

I know you said you wanted something roughly the same size as the OEM, but this is my 15" round Borla XR-1 welded in place of the factory muffler.





For some reason I panicked and short shifted taking off (manual mode).

But anyways, there's no drone at all. It has a nice little rumble at idle and cruising. Just enough to let you know its there, but its get loud when you step on it.

 

That's gonna be one of your best options from that post above especially if you're keeping the stock resonator you're going to need to get a small muffler like that to notice any difference from stock sound.
