I have a reg cab v6. Can I get an exhaust that is similar to the lightenings exhaust and tailpipe location?

 

You may want to go and check Gibson. I think they make a side exit cat back. It exits in front of passenger tire. I found a place to get it for $289. Im not real sure how it sounds ive never had Gibson but im waiting on replies.
