Unhappy Warped exhaust manifold

I heard a small exhaust leak for a number of months and the last weak it has become positively annoying! I figured out that it was coming from the manifold gasket so I ordered new gaskets and began to take them apart. Two manifold studs were broken off and the rest were terribly rusty After much struggling I got all the broken studs out and began to clean up the manifolds when I realized that they were both warped about an 1/8 inch. Is this a common problem? The truck does not get used for towing or any real hard work. Does anybody know what Ford wants for knew manifolds? Or should I just put headers on? I still have the stock exhaust and am not sure I want to change it.
The manifolds did seem a lot lighter (thinner) than other vehicles I have seen.
