O2 Sensor Part Numbers

I'm trying to purchase new O2 Sensors. All four.
I find every different number and description in the world out there on these things. Heated downstream upstream 4100 banks 1 and 2 whatever.
For an 01 F150 Lariat Super-crew 5.4L 2WD 4R70W Trans - There must be some definitive answer as to what parts I buy?
I don't seem to be able to decipher the Grand Pooba Handshake here.
Went to Rock-Auto and became VERY confused, Auto zone is all over the map. Everyplace I go they use different terms.
Anyone know for sure, I'm guessing enough as it is.

This link is to a cart in Rock Auto. If your replacing all four sensors youll need each sensor x2. If it doesnt bring directly to a cart then click on the shopping cart tab at the top of the screen.

Why are you replacing the downstream sensors?
