Couple of questions

Hey guys, recently my truck started to blow a little bit of oil on start up after sitting for a while. Its a 99 F150 4.2 -- Anyways, I have been doing a decent amount of reading and am still somewhat confused as to how to change the valve stem seal.

Here are the questions -- I understand that you have to locate T.D.C and then apply air pressure. About 50 - 80 LBS if i am correct? I have not really found numbers too far off that.

2. Would you guys recommend removing the intake manifold also when doing the #1 valve stem seals? (For more room to work, or will I have enough) I would only like to do the one seal if that is the only problem. If it aint broke dont fix it right?

3. Will I need to do an oil change? I just also just changed my oil... 5W30 full synth. It isnt the cheapest stuff but if you guys think so I might as well.

I have stayed away from engine stuff for the most part on this truck so forgive me for asking possibly stupid questions lol!

Thanks guys!
