Dual?

Hello all I just got my new F150 FX4 about 7 weeks ago now it's time to put an exhaust on it and I'm not sure what would be best true dual or what was looking @ a FlowMaster.

Truck: 2013 F150 FX4 5.0

Thx David

Borla FTW . Here is a link to the video of the Borla set up i had on my 2011 with the 5.0L. Cut out the factory y and replaced it with a magnaflow x pipe then 2 Borla S-type mufflers.

Doesn't cost too much more to go first class brother! Get a Borla XR-1 or ProXS. I just have a single 3" pipe and muffler with dual tips and it's just as good as duals plus cheaper.

Mine had some drone at 60 mph, but didn't have any cats either.

For overall performance stick with a single exhaust and listen to youtube for some inspiration on mufflers and pick the one that you like best.

Say no to Magnadrone and yes to Borla. I would stay single also. Believe me I learned the hard way by getting talked into what's on my truck now, and I hate it.

I don't know... I'd recommend Borla instead.

I have a pair of magnapack 22's and a summit X pipe, I have no drone what so ever. Its almost as quiet as the factory exhaust was.

I didn't use to have any muffler at all just a pipe off the Y and dumped right behind the passenger door, that was droney as was the flowmaster. Had a Gibson for a short time it was too quiet.

In similar situ- just purchased a 2013 5.0l XLT and kinda miss the sound of my 97 cat back flowmasters.

Id want to do it right, but relatively inexpensive, to get a deep, mellow 5.0L sound nothing to loud for daily neighborhood driving and no drone pls.

Borla single out with dual tips out the side is what im hearing?
